Lab 24. RIP Redistribution - Static


Tujuan Lab :

  • Mendistribusikan static route ke dalam semua router RIP

Topologi Lab :


Metode Lab :

  • Konfigurasikan pengalamatan IP untuk topologi di atas
  • Buat beberapa IP Loopback di Router R1, namun jangan diadvertise ke RIP
  • Buat static route di sisi Router R2 terhadap route IP Loopback 11.11.11.3 Router R1
  • Redistribute static route nya ke dalam RIP di Router R2

Verifikasi Lab :
  • Pastikan Router R3 memiliki route ke 11.11.11.3/32
  • pastikan ping ke loopback 11.11.11.3 dari Router R3 berhasil mendapat reply

Menambah IP Loopback pada Router R1

Buat static route terlebih dahulu di Router R2 menuju IP Loopback Router R1 (11.11.11.3/32) IP Loopback selain 11.11.11.3 akan digunakan untuk lab berikutnya. Kali ini cukup satu IP 11.11.11.3/32 saja

R2(config)#ip route 11.11.11.3 255.255.255.255 12.12.12.1

Cek tabel routing pada Router R3
R3#sh ip route

Dapat kita lihat tabel routing pada Router R3 diatas belum terdapat IP Loopback 11.11.11.3/32. Maka dari harus kita redistribute ke dalam RIP.

R2(config)#router rip
R2(config-router)#redistribute static

Cek kembali tabel routing pada Router R3
R3#sh ip route

Lakukan tes ping

R3#ping 11.11.11.3
